Pet Policy
You're invited to bring up to two pets into your home, with monthly pet rent set at $40 per pet, coupled with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 upon moving in. We maintain a weight limit of 75 pounds for pets and have a list of prohibited animals, including aggressive dog breeds and exotic animals, to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.
